Science Fiction - Brand New User Reviews
The first day Science Fiction came out, it was probably one of the best days I’ve had in a long time. I woke up one morning and noticed I had a text from a family member saying that Brand New dropped an album. I couldn’t have been more happy. The first thing I did was listen to the album, then I went to go buy an iTunes card so I could buy it. Then I proceeded to listen to the record in full about 5 times. It came out at the right time for me, just like a week before school started again. And is the first record I’ve listened to while I’ve been following a band. It’s sad to see them go. I hope (eventually) they could release some b-sides because I know they have them. Brand New really did finish their career off perfectly with Science Fiction ( besides the fact they didn’t include “Sealed To Me”) and is probably my favorite Brand New record. It really helped me get through another year of High School. Thank you Brand New for making great music.
It's Brand New need I say more! This album was definitely worth the wait.

This is Brand New at their best. It's truly a great way to go out.
If only we could all have a eulogy this good
Absolutely incredible. Going to be so sad next year when they stay 18 forever....
Brand New has done it again and it was well worth the wait! What amazing album to end on.
This could be in the top 5 albums ever created

I can’t say enough about this album. I downloaded it on the first day and have listened to it every day since. I don’t think I have been this obsessed over any other record.
It took about 8 years from their last one and they did not disappoint.
Lit Me Up starts off the record perfectly, it so Brand New sounding It sends chills listening to it.
I honestly love every song and that rarely happens.
Im so glad they released this!
As many have mentioned, this album combines elements from each of their albums but in particular their latest ones. They married Daisy and The God and Devil are Raging Inside Me so beautifully, while still adding a touch of originality making Science Fiction stand out on its own. You can definitely hear hints of bands that have influenced them throughout the album giving it its unique sound. If this is truly their last album, then with a sad and grateful heart, we can say goodbye with this masterpiece. Thank you Brand New!
Get ready to get deep
This album really is a beautiful work of art. Even if you don't like this style, the creativity is there. I think the songs are great, but I wish there was a little more hope in this one. That the last song felt like a salute. Instead, it kinda feels like burning out. But at least it's burning out bright.
Im staying 18 forever too.
Proud of them
This band has been amazing every step of the way. Since my early days in highschool, to post-college. I am very proud to listen to a band so special. This album is amazing. I would be extremely sad if this actually is their last album, but if this was their last- it’s never bad to leave on a high note. One of the most memorable bands of my generation, thank you.
