I joined the players in our local renaissance faire, and my favorite part has always been listening to the bawdy tavern music. I searched all over looking for music to purchase, and voila! It was the music if my youth, and one of my favorite groups as a child. If you like these old drinking songs, this is fir you. They sing the song with such joy, that you cannot help but smile and sing along!

I have listened to this group since I was too little to understand that Nancy Whiskey was referring to something other than a beautiful girl. Their music will always bring a smile to my face (or a tear to my eye, depending on the song...) If you've never heard one of their songs, you're definitely missing something!
One of my favorites

Corned beef cooking all mornin', vegatables and potatos boiling until they are a uniform color of light grey, this album at the loudest setting our little stereo could play sending its soundwaves out towards the heavens...St Patricks Day in a inner city town is captured on this recording....( without the smell of the food and beer...sorry)
Ah, the days long gone....but we can play the songs and remember.
